Corporate Properties

Any bookings made online are not valid until acknowledged directly by the property via email or phone and the deposit has been deducted from your credit card.

While every effort is made to ensure that the information available and provided from the property is correct, we cannot guarantee that they are free from errors or faults.

By booking accommodation with Mint Resorts & Apartments you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Tariffs
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by the receipt of a deposit, the tariff quoted will be honoured.

** To confirm a booking, a deposit of 1 night’s per 7 nights of accommodation paid 48 hours prior to arrival is required, however in peak times a deposit of 3 nights is required at time of booking. If booking is less than 3 nights full accommodation amount will be taken.
  • Outstanding balance is to be paid in full on arrival.

Change of Dates
Booking dates can be altered subject to availability without penalty outside 48 hours to arrival and at the discretion of Management. Accommodation rates will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Low Season/Off Peak
** When a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date the following cancellation terms apply:
For a booking of 1-3 Nights - 1 Nights accommodation will be charged
For a booking of 4 - 7 Nights - 3 Nights accommodation will be charged
For a booking of 7+ Nights - 5 Nights accommodation will be charged.
When a booking is cancelled outside of 48 hours, no cancellation fee will apply.
High Season/Peak Periods
** When a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, the guest will forfeit their full deposit and all other monies.
  • When a booking is cancelled outside of 14 days of the arrival date, a $70 administration fee may be charged and the balance will be refunded.

  • If dates of stay have been altered prior to the cancellation of a booking the guest will forfeit his/her full deposit.

Security Deposits
All guests are required to provide credit card details on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges. Where a credit card is not available a $200 cash deposit will be required in which case the apartment will be checked by Management before the cash deposit is given back to the guest.

Cleanliness/Damages to Apartments
Guests are required to leave apartments in a clean manner or you may be charged for extra cleaning at the discretion of Management. Guests will be held liable for any damage to, or losses in the apartment.

Apartment Cleaning/Servicing
  • Departure Clean - Occurs after all stays regardless of length of stay
  • Weekly Service - Occurs once only during an 7+ night stay and every week thereafter and includes the replenishing of linen.
  • Daily Service - not included at any of the properties in offered rates unless previously arranged. Available at added cost.


Unit Allocation/Requests
Management will endeavor to grant any requests made by a guest however these requests cannot be guaranteed.
